# {Chromatotherapy, colour therapy|1}

A complementary approach used to act precisely on specific imbalances, particularly in the treatment of pain and functional disorders. Chromotherapy has been used in the clinic for many years as part of an integrated treatment strategy.

## 🧠 PRINCIPLE

#

# Therapeutic method that uses vibrational units of reference called "colours".

Chromotherapy is based on the use of specific wavelengths, perceived as colors, applied locally to the body. Each wavelength corresponds to a specific effect, helping to stimulate or regulate certain functions.

## ⚡ METHODS OF APPLICATION

This approach can be used in two ways: •	light-based application: direct projection of colored light onto targeted areas •	so-called “molecular” approach: use of carriers containing similar information, applied locally or taken orally

## 🎯 INDICATIONS

Chromotherapy is used in particular for: •	post-traumatic pain (traumatology) •	chronic pain (osteoarthritis, tendinitis) •	certain skin conditions (dermatology) •	functional disorders (fatigue, tension, attention difficulties)

Chromotherapy is never used in isolation. 👉 It is integrated into a global treatment approach, in combination with other methods, depending on your condition and symptom evolution.

## 💎 POSITIONING
